The Little Chompions website and services are provided by Little Chompions, LLC. ("Little Chompions", "we" "us" or "our"). These terms and conditions (these "Terms of Service") govern your ("you" or "your") access to and use of the littlechompions.com web site (the "Website") and all services provided by Little Chompions via the Website including without limitation our services, products and gift cards (collectively, the "Services").
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
We may revise this Agreement at any time, please carefully read this Agreement as it may have changed since your last visit. Any revisions will be posted on this Site. Your continued use of the Site will indicate you understand and accept the Agreement as revised.

Our store is hosted on Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT CREATION
In order to start using the Little Chompions services, you must register an Account on our Website. To create an Account, simply enter a valid email address. For us to successfully provide you the Service, you must create and maintain a Little Chompions account ("Account") and additionally provide us with:
a United States shipping address (unless creating an Account for gift card purchases);
and a valid credit card number (your "Credit Card") and billing information which the individual creating the Account has the right to use (collectively, and together with any other information you may provide us in creating your Account, "Account Information").
As a registered user, you acknowledge and agree that we may use such information to communicate with you about the Service. We may also send you special offers and commercial email messages which you may opt out of by contacting us or selecting to unsubscribe as may be provided in the applicable e-mail correspondence.
TERMS OF SALE
The following terms apply to your purchase of the products offered on the Site, whether by way of a kit, bundle, “add-on” product, or otherwise (“Services”).
Product Descriptions. We try to make the Site thorough, accurate, and helpful to our customers. Nonetheless, there may be times when certain information contained on the Site may be incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or appear inaccurate because of the browser, hardware, or other technology that you use. We apologize in advance for any such errors that may result in an incorrect price, inaccurate description, item unavailability or otherwise affect your order. We reserve the right to correct errors (whether by changing information on the Site or by informing you of the error and giving you an opportunity to cancel your order) or to update Product information at any time without notice.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Availability and Pricing. Little Chompions reserves the right to change the prices and available Products and kits and bundles at any time. Products and Products in kits and bundles are subject to change as a result of periodic improvements. Any kits or bundles you have already paid for as of the date of such notice may not be affected by such change. Quantities of some Products may be limited and stock cannot always be guaranteed. Products offered for sale on this Site are for sale only in the United States and Canada and all prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. We may occasionally make errors in the stated prices on this Site. If a product’s correct price is higher than the listed price, we will, in our discretion, either confirm the correct price with you or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Purchasing Products. The display of Products on the Site invites you to make us an offer to buy the Products. Your order is an offer to buy the Products, which we accept only by shipping the Products ordered. Any confirmation that you receive after placing an order does not constitute an acceptance of your offer, and is subject to correction before shipment in the event of inaccuracies, errors, Product unavailability, or for any other reason.
Orders. We have the right to refuse or limit any orders, limit quantities, and Memberships. We will not be liable if a Product is unavailable or if shipment is delayed. All orders are non-cancelable; we may grant or deny cancellation requests in our sole and absolute discretion. We reserve the right to provide substantially similar products to fulfill your order.
Returns. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your Little Chompions product purchased through our website, contact us. Include your order number and issue. Return requests will be reviewed and accommodated on a case by case basis.
Damaged or Incomplete Shipment. If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of Products, or if you are otherwise unhappy with any Product, please contact us. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within two (2) weeks of receipt (as shown on by our common carrier’s shipping information). Any refunds or replacements are made solely in our discretion.
Payment. You authorize us (and any payment processor) to charge your payment card for all purchases you make. We accept the forms of payment stated on the Site and, for credit card payments, charge your credit card when your order is processed. The bank issuing your credit card may control when to release funds in the case of an order cancellation or refund. We reserve the right to use the payment information you provide us in connection with this payment to provide better service to you should you wish to use our service again in the future and to protect us from fraud and other losses. Completion of a payment transaction is contingent upon: (a) you providing complete personal, account, transaction and any other information needed, (b) authorization of the payment by your credit or debit card company, and (c) acceptance of your payment. You may cancel your payment prior to your final submission of it to us. We may, in our sole discretion, cancel your payment at any time by providing notice to you through your contact information or by a notice when you attempt to make a payment. We may cancel a payment or prevent you from initiating future payments for any reason, including, without limitation, the following: (i) if you attempt to use the Services in breach of any applicable law or regulation, including the card network rules or regulations; (ii) if you use the Services in breach of these Terms; (iii) if we suspect fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity regarding a payment; (iv) if we detect, in our sole discretion, that your payments have excessive disputes, high reversal rates or present a relatively high risk of losses; or (v) failure to cooperate in an investigation or provide additional information when requested.
Taxes. Stated prices do not include any customs duties, sales, use, value-added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. You are solely responsible for the payment of such taxes or duties related to your purchase. We have the right to charge you for any taxes or duties that we believe we are required to pay or collect related to your purchase.
Gift Certificates/Card. You may purchase Little Chompions gift certificates for anyone 18 and older through the Services ("Little Chompions Gift Certificates"). Little Chompions Gift Certificates can be redeemed solely through our Services for Products. Little Chompions Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Little Chompions Gift Certificates require no maintenance, activation, or other fees. Risk of loss and title for Little Chompions Gift Certificates pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. Little Chompions is not responsible for lost or stolen Little Chompions Gift Certificates, or for use without your or the recipient's permission. Little Chompions reserves the right to close accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a Little Chompions Gift Certificate is fraudulently obtained or used.
Personal Use Only. Products are for your personal use only. You agree not sell or resell any products you purchase or otherwise receive from us in connection with your Membership. Except where prohibited by law, we may limit the quantity of Products available for purchase. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products to be provided to you that may result in a violation of these Terms, as we determine in our sole discretion.
FEEDBACK
In the event that you provide us any ideas, thoughts, criticisms, suggested improvements or other feedback related to Products or the Services (collectively "Feedback"), you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide perpetual license to use the Feedback to: (a) improve our Services or any Products and (b) promote the Services and Products, and that you will not be due any compensation for your Feedback that is used in these ways.

Little Chompions services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
